This Masonry Saw has a 20in rigid blade into which 35 tungsten carbide cutting teeth are brazed.
Unlike most other tipped saws which are intended only for cutting insulation blocks, this saw may be used on a wide range of materials such as common brick, breeze block walls, slate and cement slabs. (Not concrete or reinforced materials.)
Instructions for use:
This saw is intended for use on common brick, cement, breeze block, most roofing tiles and soft stone. It must not be used on concrete or any other material with a flint aggregate or reinforcing.
Always start on a flat surface. At least 3 tips must be engaged at one time. Do not on any account attempt to start a cut across a corner.
Use as much pressure as possible. When sawing down a whole section of wall it is advisable to attach a batten to the wall as a guide.
WARNING: DO NOT START A CUT ACROSS A CORNER
